Hi my name is Arie, and I am the founder of Tacos and Tater Tots. I created Tacos and Tots from a place of family history, and passion. My mom and grandmother were avid cooks, and artists in the kitchen. Inside of our home kitchen they created our family traditions, love, generational blessings, and hope!

I am a 20 year veteran school teacher, married to a teacher, and mom of a hungry four band of boys. I currently live in Katy, TX and enjoy the wilds of life with my guys. Food has always been apart of my life growing up with a strong willed grandmother who put her blood, sweat, and tears into a full blown working farm in Opelousas, LA! From the moments on that farm sitting under her pecan tree shucking corn, okra, and green beans this is the life I knew that began my wild love affair with food!
