Method
- Take your chicken strips, and pull the membrane out of them with a fork, or a knife.
- Take a sheet pan and lay them out on the sheet pan. onto foil paper.
- Drizzle them with the olive oil.
- Take all your seasonings and season them well!
- Take all of your cut veggies, and spread them amongst the tenders.
- Put them into a 350-375 degree oven depending on how hot your oven gets. Cook for about 40-45 minutes.
