Fajita pan chicken is one of those dishes that you just can't run from folks. It is easy, effortless, and requires little effort on your part I promise. I will always love dressing up my fajita chicken because it is just a low-key dressy dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp olive oil in pan
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 sliced green bell pepper
  • 1 sliced yellow bell pepper
  • 1 sliced white onion
  • 1 package chicken tenders, or sliced chicken breasts into tenders.

Instructions
 

  • Take your chicken strips, and pull the membrane out of them with a fork, or a knife.
  • Take a sheet pan and lay them out on the sheet pan. onto foil paper.
  • Drizzle them with the olive oil.
  • Take all your seasonings and season them well!
  • Take all of your cut veggies, and spread them amongst the tenders.
  • Put them into a 350-375 degree oven depending on how hot your oven gets. Cook for about 40-45 minutes.
