This is truly the BEST EVER carrot cake recipe. It’s incredibly moist, perfectly spiced, and smothered in brown butter cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cups shredded carrots
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp allspice

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything by hand
  • Pre-heat oven to 350. I use 325, my oven gets screaming hot.
  • Cook for 45 minutes, or until toothpick is clean. Don't over bake!
